Yes, I thought this audio explains things alot better since it’s a visual I can see. I understand it very easily. Very helpful.

Hi Tim, Glad to see you again.
thanks for sharing your thought on that video.

  9. Alan Buck on November 28th, 2007 6:54 am

    Tim:

I watched the video on the automatic business and at first I was quite pleased with its simplicity. However, when you showed the second marketing funnel, some questions came to mind.

The first funnel is much narrower and I made the assumption that prospects are entering the funnel in single file, and I also made the assumption that in the broader funnel, prospects are entering it 2 or maybe 3 abreast. Is this the correct assumption?

Also, are the products that are sold always back-end products or doesn’t it matter, as long as you get the prospects to enter the funnel? One more question: is giving away a product for free the only way or best way to get prospects to enter the funnel? Surely there must be other ways.

  10. Thomas Marguccio on November 28th, 2007 7:02 am

Very nice presentation Tim. Presumes a lot of knowledge on our part though. Outline is good but the implementation is not that simple.

MVS gets people in the door and creates the automation of list building. Guess you are going to fill in the blanks as you give us more videos…

Usually I would not give audio/visual presentations the time of day but (and I haven’t worked it out yet) something got me to sit through this first few minutes.
I liked the fact that your voice is very pleasant to listen to and the lack of hyped up emphasis and repetition gave me a better experience than I would have anticipated.
Although I am very dissillusioned with much of what I see in the internet marketing world, I’m on the hook, for now.

  15. Vivienne on November 28th, 2007 9:51 am

Your presentation was interesting and most of all understandable. It held my attention to the end! My website will be up and running within 14 days and - with your information and help it will be a runaway success!!!
    Keep it coming, please!!!!

Sorry didn’t like the sound track at the begining, nearly switched off because of it, but didn’t, as to the contents - the idea sounds really good, but how much is it going to cost me once I enter itno your funnel ?

I have hesrd of the funnel idea before but this made it clearer to me,and five to ten minuites seems about right for your presentations.
    thanks john

  27. Will Donnelly on November 29th, 2007 11:29 am

    Hi Tim,
Thanks for the valuable free info. As a beginner on a very tight time/money budget, this is just what I need! Very good presentation, easy to understand and if the rest of the course follows the same pattern, Im sure many of us will finally be able to get into internet marketing on the plus side after spending endless hours and dollars trying to put the puzzle together to little or no avail! Great to see one of the big guys taking the time to do something like this! Many Thanks, Will

  28. Udo on November 29th, 2007 4:31 pm

    Hi Tim,
great info! I know this idea from network marketing, but there is no automatic inside! This is the big differece. And you show it clear: to get a wide funnel (= big list) is the goal…. so lets work on it.

    thx, Udo

  29. Walter Jones on November 29th, 2007 9:07 pm

I signed up with the $49 dollar program that is supposed to be set up for me.

I don’t know what to do now. I don’t have a website or a squeeze page or a landilng page. WHAT DO I DO NOW ?

  30. Molly Daveson on December 1st, 2007 3:58 am

Hopefully this will continue to educate the dumb ones like me who need a helping hand to learn, and not a helping hand to empty our meagre bank accounts.

  31. Maury on December 1st, 2007 4:08 am

    Hi Tim,
Your video was excellent and the message was right on. I think the funnel concept has been applied to other industries (MLM for one), but the way you explained it was very easy to grasp for online marketing.
    Thanks!

  32. Lester on December 1st, 2007 4:16 am

    Tim,

I found the video presentation to be very well done. The concept is simple but what about it’s ultimate implementation…

As with any information, it is often difficult to judge until “all the pieces of the puzzle” have been presented. I am eagerly awaiting the next piece of the puzzle.

  33. Vic Goodman on December 1st, 2007 4:22 am

    Hi Tim,

Very nicely done. The graphics helped to bring the
concepts you were explaining to life. I look forward to the rest of the series.

    Thanks,
    Vic

  34. Paulette Sellers on December 1st, 2007 4:47 am

I found the video very informative, and I will do my due dillegence. It sounds great, however I’ve been burned so many times, I really want to check everything out. If it works, as you state, this will be super for the other lines I have.
    Thank you Tim.

    Hi Tim

Having set up a couple of automatic websites I totally agree with this concept, and I just love getting getting paid for offers that I set up months ago as part of my funnel.

Keep up the good work with MVS, as it’s something I plan to spend a few hours integrating into my site when I give it a freshen up in 2008.

  46. Jonathan Colvile on December 1st, 2007 11:55 am

    Hi Tim,
    Brilliant presentation - thanks!
I look forward to your next video. I have the large funnel in place with the offer of a free video to encourage sign-ups to my free newsletter, (3 months of material in hand), but with a limited budget for advertising the list building is very slow.
I am encouraged by what I’ve seen so far and look forward to more from you. Keep up your good work.

    Hi Tim,

    Great video.

I liked the way it was to the point, informative and short.

When one has a busy lifestyle, one doesn’t have the time to sit and watch a long-winded video and there are plenty of those about. By the time they have finished, you have forgotten what the beginning was about.

Hats off to you Tim. A job well done.

I haven’t been able to get a website yet.
I have a problem with my computer, but I don’t know what to do about it. When I try to play a video or some other things, it will say two or three words and stop as though it was rewinding, then two or three more words. I think it is because I have dialup. I can’t get DSL or broadband in my area. I live out in the country about six miles from a tower. There are several tall hills between us.I wish I could figure it out. Do you have any ideas?

Good explaination of the marketing funnel and good graphics. I’m familiar with the funnel, just have some questions about where to start and which end to start first. I’ve been to your website and am quite impressed. Thanks, Carol

  70. Barbara Marshall on December 3rd, 2007 9:12 pm

Yes, Tim, a picture is worth a 1,000 words. Your visuals so clearly demonstrate the ability to build a list by offering valuable information to a target audience also call, I believe attraction marketing. Your graphics have impressed upon me the urgent need for me to get my ‘blog’ started. Thanks

  71. Willi D on December 3rd, 2007 9:31 pm

    Thanks Tim,

It’s always good to be reminded of the basics as there is so much out there promising “this is it” when actually it isn’t.

Very clear presentation and it sums up all online activity.

Simply put …if you are not doing this then you are doing something wrong!

Better face the basics and leave the complicated stuff alone.

    Cheers Tim

    Hi Tim

Great presentation on the funnel markeing, good graphics, very simple to understand explaination instead of all the horse manure to go with it. Now if someone could design a demonstration, step by step, button by button, go here click this do this instruction on how to build a website, it would be worth giving a percentage of my net profits of my website to that person for as long as the business profits.

  77. Cazza Fox on December 6th, 2007 8:06 pm

    Hi Tim,

Nice, clear presentation. I liked it a lot. It gives a clear top level concept of what to do. I am hoping that future presentations will drill down, more into the “how to do” rather than the “what to do”. Reading most of the ebooks doing the rounds at the moment, the titles and the sales pitches impress down on the “How” but when you get inside, it is just another “What”.

I am looking forward to see what comes next.

    Best regards
    Cazza Fox

    Tim,
That was a concise but brilliant presentation showing how easy it is to make a fortune. From my old j.o.b it would be referred to as KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid. Now everybody but John will know how they should attack the business.
When do we see the next presentation?

  86. Geoff Dodd - Australia on December 11th, 2007 1:52 pm

    Tim,

Thanks for clearing out the nonsense of I.M. and showing exactly how the funnel works - and how it can be broader and virally-boosted by affiliates and incentivised-followers. You got me re-thinking, Tim.

  90. Joe Huguenard on December 12th, 2007 12:54 am

    Thanks Tim,

I appreciate your taking the time to put this short
movie together for us. It’s exactly the same concept
I’ve recently learned from another famous fellow on
the net. . . I’ll spare you his name here, but I’m
    sure you know him.

My link will explain it for you. ;-)

It’s a Great Concept that not enough marketers have
learned yet, so we definitely have our work cut out
for us to educate the millions of marketers who will
benefit enormously from this simple, effective concept.

I thought your video was very precise and informative and although I have heard mention of the information contained within the video your explanation and description along with the visual aid of video made the concept a lot clearer and easier to grasp, thanks for sharing your knowledge, kindest regards Pete {:>)

  92. The Grumpy Old Chef on December 12th, 2007 2:08 am

This was, without doubt, the best video I’ve ever seen. {except for the dreadful music and the bimbo at the beginning and end - get rid of them and it’s perfect}.

The only problem, as far as I can see, it that it is just theory. Turning theory into cash is not as easy as watching a video.

There is absolutely no chance of doubling your money every day - any fool would know that.

I have been selling e-books on line for two years. You never get $47, $27 or even $17 for an e-book. My highest priced e-Book sold was $4.95. The average is 99 cents.

“The money is in the list” sounds really good and I still believe it. I have a small list, 1000 but it has taken two years to get that and I think I’ve been fast.

The slight problem is that they all gladly accept the freebies but not one person has ever bought anything. The same with “so-called viral” e-Books. Two years and not a single solitary affiliate sale from an email or an e-Book link.

I look forward to your next video because I know it will be as good as the first and I hope it will not be another “in a perfect world this will happen” video.

We don’t live in a perfect world. These things do not happen as in videos.

Again, terrific, nay, first class video. I really do wish that things eventuated the way it said they will.

Great but who does the marketing?

  96. John Reed on December 12th, 2007 12:25 pm

    Hi Tim,
As you’ll know,I’ve been watching your material for a while and I find it clear and informative. I think you could add a graphic to indicate flow into your funnel as it should appear a continuous (though fluctuating) flow. The faster your flow (more ads to your list or help from JV partners) the wider the top (graphically) to accept the greater flow.
What really interests me is the variety of views there are on whether the Viral Aspect of your work (the main emphasis being MVS) actually succeeds. I am very busy still with my day job and have to admit I still have not tried to implement MVS, as the installing of it on a web site has not yet come within my comfort zone (that will change right after Christmas).
I like your style though, and have seen from meeting you that you are sincere about your products and methods, so I will have no hesitation in following this series or in finally getting my MVS onto a Web Site…. keep it up! John, York, UK

    Hi Tim
Interesting but the concept is not new, it just another
    way of putting it.
But I will be interested in the rest of the program

  102. John on December 13th, 2007 2:22 am

Yes great presentation, especially about the exponential part of a business growing residually day by day, little by little. That is the true way to accumulate wealth and money, so if you learn just that secret you will become rich. See the funnel can be reversed here, start small and exponentially grow or compound your efforts and profits till it explodes on the large end of the funnel, and then you can’t stop the money flow even if you tried. Great series so far.

The presentation you made is magistral! Although I have heard before about viral system, this product seems easier and profitable.

I must agree: as important as the product is himself is the support you can bring to joiners; You are an absolute warranty Tim, it rest to know if your team will be patient to help Newbies doing things well. I drive my car very well in my city traffic, but I never drove a “Testarossa” at more than 300Kmp.H. And if you look at the panel, my car has more control lights!

I want to know more and tray the program.

A very well explained internet market section. Well done! Too many people on the internet ramble on, while on occasions the more detailed approach is better for the most part your simplistic aspect technique is adequate.

OOOOHHH..Okay!I get it now. I’ve been very confused with all the hype lately and downloading the free gift things I feel are of interest, but without really knowing or even understanding what they are for. Your very simplistic and very visual presentation really opened up my mind as to how this is all working at the very least confirms what I was thinking to be somewhat correct at this point. Looking forward to more…cheers

Hi Tim, I was Impressed with your Presentation About the automatic business funnel concept it was very clear and to the point a visual that was easy to grasp, thinks for sharing this info i must say you have my attention, I am seeking to Learn Internet Marketing with Exponential growth residual to accumulate compound wealth.

  130. Tony on December 25th, 2007 9:14 am

Thanks for the video, it was quite interesting. However, it does not talk about any payment or costs to go ahead with the next part. I know there’s no such thing as a free lunch, as the pollies say, but a straight line on costs will be most welcome.
I am generally wary of sales pitches that don’t mention costs up front.
Just something for you to ponder upon.
On my website (www.currymad.net) I mention the price of the products straight away to let visitors know where they stand.
Thanks again. This is not a criticism, just a suggestion.
    Tony.

    Hello Tim,

So far so good, it was easy to follow, if the rest is as easy we will be climbing!

You may remember we spoke on the phone some months ago, I was chasing the 1st dollar, well I am still chasing it, I haven’t given up.

I like what I’ve seen so far, even though it’s only the 1st rung on the ladder.

  134. Kaye Fenley on January 1st, 2008 7:15 am

    Dear Tim,
The exponential growth seemed too good to be true, until you explained the flat growth times. I hope you are going to tell us how to get people into the funnel to sign up for the free gift. I’ve been contributing to giveaways, but it is a very slow way to build a list. I can’t afford pay-per-click adwords. The free ways take time.
I really liked the music in your video.

  135. D. WimFowler on January 1st, 2008 12:48 pm

In the five short minute video you presented, I have learned a wealth of info (combined with what I have learned from some of the gurus you mentioned). This info adds details to a webinair I did online today 1/1/08. It has helped me understand a bit more
since my online (ad)venture began in September ‘07.Believe me when I say I have been on some trips with this online business quest (and some of it very costly), however, looking at your concept presentation, it seems very practical for the newbie to follow with time and effort that they are willing to dedicate.

I hope to learn more from your wisdom.

    Thanks alot.

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for the video–you can’t beat site & sound for learning. The problem with lots of the video producers is they move too fast because they are forgetting that there are a lot of “newbies” hanging on each word. On the other hand, your presentations seem to be well paced and cover the topics in depth. Thanks for sharing your expertise.

  162. Karl on February 5th, 2008 9:18 am

I loved where you were going but, you didn’t tell us anything today. I kept waiting for the information on how to make the funnel bigger and it never came. What is that all about? Are you holding back so you have it in your product and you can sell it? I wouldn’t blame you, it’s the first time in a long time that I saw a video that explained precisely and got there point across as well as yours. I just wanted to learn more today that’s all.

    Dear Tim,

Your presentation is very well done, and the audio was very clear, and calming. I have been having problems with the audios lately, on other sites, being very choppy, and a echo, schreeching noise, which was real refreshing that you did not have in yours, could understand it perfectly. Video is also very clear, which I also liked. Enjoyed it, and am very anxious to see more. I am also a visual person, so it works better for me. Thanks so very much for caring, and trying to help us struggling to find a way to make it all work for us.

Seeing the contents of a program laid out step-by-step is a lot easier to comprehend & retain in your
mind - especially newbies - than just reading in a
    book about the same set-up.

You’re promoting it the right way.

    Keep it up, Tim.

Thank you, Tim for the instruction within the 5 minutes with you. I am a newbie, 70 years old, and trying to learn all I can because I do not have the money for business; however, my mind is still fairly good. My website is not near being finished. I do not know about autoresponders, but I do know they are what gets the word or advertising done just don’t know how. I really need to make some money quickly.

I think you’ve given us a valuable tool to introduce this concept to those new to the business. I’ve been learning this business for a while now, yet it’s hard to find good training tools we can use to get people to join. A suggestion. How about the same video series linked with our personal signup link on each one, so they can view and understand the concept and join once their excitement has built to a ‘I’ll join’ level. It’s getting people to join I find the hardest. Looking forward to part 2.

    Hi Tim -

    “Vision without action is empty.
    Action without vision is blind.

    Ideology and opinion divide.
    Quest and commitment unite.”

From the perspective of mind shifting from linear to non-linear thinking since participating in an ever-changing universe, its insightful relative to the solution to any condition is a change in attitude and belief. And this is the great secret of propelling our heart’s desires from the possibility of imagination, to the reality of our everyday lives. The key is our ability to feel as if our dreams have already come to life, our prayers already answered, and live from that feeling. There is a subtle, and yet powerful difference between working toward a result, and feeling from that result. When we work toward something, we embark upon an open-ended and never-ending journey. While we may identify milestones, and set goals to get us closer to our accomplishment, in our mind we are always “on our way” to the goal, rather than in the experience of accomplishing our goal. This is precisely why Neville’s invitation to “enter the image” of our heart’s desire and “think from it” is so powerful in our lives.

For example, METAPHORmosis - a one minute video about Elisabet’s profound insights by the Institute of Noetic Sciences in Petaluma, CA (Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar, Founder)
    http://oneminuteshift.com/videos/rowan_north_video/metaphormosis

“[ ...] There is no time in the future at which we have to turn things around. Things are already turning around in the sense that a lot of alternative ways of living have been developed around the world, whether people are creating their own money systems, or developing communal agriculture, or organic agriculture, alternative education systems. These are all the new forms of the future.

I like to use the metaphor of the butterfly. In metamorphosis, within the body of the caterpillar little things that biologists call imaginal discs or imaginal cells begin to crop up in the body of the caterpillar. They aren’t recognized by the immune system so the caterpillar’s immune system wipes them out as they pop up. It isn’t until they begin to link forces and join up with each other that they get stronger and are able to resist the onslaught of the immune system, until the immune system itself breaks down and the imaginal cells form the body of the butterfly.

I think that is a beautiful metaphor for what is happening in our times. The old body is going into meltdown while the new one develops. It isn’t that you end one thing and then start another. So everybody engaged in recycling, in alternative projects, in communal living, in developing healthier systems for themselves and each other is engaged in building the new world while the old one collapses. Its collapse is inevitable. There is no way around that.[ ...] — Elisabet Sahtouris http://www.sahtouris.com/INFO/

  243. Leonie Easterbrook on June 27th, 2008 12:05 am

    Hi Tim,

I want to express my thanks and excitement on discovering your Viral Spiral Site. I have had no hesitation in jumping on board, as I can see that what you have here is not only valuable, but the concept is logical.

My biggest problem with moving ahead with my online marketing was, tying everything together. You know, autoresponder, squeezepage, copy etc….not to mention free giveaways to attract people to join my list.

I know that through MVS I am going to see exceptional growth in my lists and income reports from here on in.

Thanks ever so much for putting this out there for people like myself, who have struggled to successfully run giveaway campaigns, promote products or affiliate programs to others. This is truly the best concept I have seen to-date.

I’ll see you at the Top.

    Regards

  247. Annette Hoffstatter on July 19th, 2008 7:39 pm

I enjoyed both the videos very much. How about doing one on autoresponders. From doing the squeeze page to loading your messages to how to put in your product links and so forth. I mean everything to do with them, I think this is the thing that is hanging me up the most. Of course-maybe I am making it harder than it actually is. Keep the videos coming-Great Job.

  249. Brenda on July 21st, 2008 2:17 am

    Hi Tim

Very easy to understand. The slow speaking is excellent. Never made a dollar on line yet, spent more time and piles of money trying to get the big picture over the past year. Now I must put into practice. Advertising on an email and sending it via the Traffic Exchanges has been one of my biggest challenges. But I will get there. Thanks once again.

    Hi Tim,
Enjoyed the video.Mainly because of the pleasant tone of voice
(no brash hyper-sales pitch) and absence of reference to vast quantities
    of money.
Though an Internet Newbie myself,Ive experienced my fill of brash &
aggressive sales pitch, and it is,quite frankly my dear, a turn-off.

Is FREEBIE only way of attracting people into funnel?

What are average costs of setting-up and subsequently, expanding?
