Mike Filsaime has launched his much awaited Traffic Fusion and it has caused confusion among many Internet Marketers. So lets have a quick run-down on what this product actually is.

To understand how Traffic Fusion works, its important first of all to have a basic understand of what Internet marketers mean by Integration Marketing. Mark Joyner is credited for coining this phrase and applying it to a specific area of traffic generation which is available to anyone with a product to market online.

The way it works is this: Say your product is a healthy-eating recipe book for people trying to lose weight. A good way of marketing it would be to approach someone selling a similar fat-loss product and offer a JV. (You promote their product and they promote yours).

Typically, a JV of this sort would involve you mailing each other’s list with an affiliate link for each others product. However, with Integration Marketing, the relationship runs deeper and continues for longer…

It could mean that you promote each other with emails in your autoresponders. This way, ten days (say) after someone signs up to your site, they will get a promotion for the other product.

Another way, is to place a link to your JV partner’s product on the thankyou page (download page) of your product, or perhaps within your members area as an “unadvertised bonus”.

Here’s where Traffic Fusion comes in.

Using the hyperjava technology in Traffic Fusion, product owners can now make a snippet of code available to their affiliates in the same way Google does with adsense.

Affiliates can then place this code in the html on a page at their site and when displayed in a browser, it shows an advertisement (typically a discount, or free offer).

So the ad can be populated with whatever message the product owner wants to issue, and uses the promoter’s affiliate link automatically.

Things you should know about Traffic Fusion

1. Traffic Fusion requires you to have a product.

There’s no point buying Traffic Fusion unless you’ve got a product to sell.

You can only do JVs with other Internet Marketers when you’ve got a product with an affiliate program behind it so you can pay commissions. If you don’t have a product, don’t buy Traffic Fusion. Simple as that.

Or, if you want a fast route to getting involved with JVs and need a product to get started, you can pick from one of the 180 Internet Marketing products we have available to Gold Members of The Freedom Class.

2. Check your site regularly for updates to your hyperjava snippets.

In the same way as changing your Adwords ad with Google updates all appearances of your ad on the network, so your JV partners can change the look of the ads, and what it offers, on your site.

For this reason, its important to know and trust the partners you do JVs with.

3. Traffic Fusion’s usefulness to you is limited by the amount of products and pages you have up on the web.

Someone with 20 products, and 20 back-end members areas is going to benefit from Traffic Fusion more than someone with only one or two.

The more pages you have, the more ad-swaps you can do. The fewer pages you have, the fewer JV partners will be interested.

This is all about ad-clicks per page. For example, if you have just one hyperjava ad on your page, it will get a great deal more clicks than a page with 3 or 4,
so it therefore provides more value to your JV partner. If you have too many, it dilutes the page, reduces the click-thrus, and in turn, reduces the value of your JV relationship in the eyes of your partner.

Overall, Traffic Fusion is a good product and something which can raise your game significantly.

Integrated marketing works well. I’ve used it to increase my own sales many times. The main benefit is that it provides a total set-it-and-forget-it system.

Once you’re promoting your JV partner, and s/he’s promoting you, you will benefit from any spikes of traffic they receive and vice versa.

So its finally here. Traffic Secrets 2.0 was released following a last-minute adjustment to allow for hightened server-load, at 1.00pm Eastern Standard Time on July 15th.

This was a month short of four years since John Reese launched Traffic Secrets 1.0 and famously took $1 Million in orders within 24 hours.

It will be interesting to hear how much was taken in the same time frame this time.

So what is Traffic Secrets 2.0?

As everyone who runs a business online knows, traffic is the lifeblood of an Internet business. Not having strategy for building traffic to your website is like placing your shop window out in the middle of the ocean.

No matter what we do online, we all need traffic.

The purpose of John Reese’s Traffic Secrets program remains the same as it was with the first version: To educate people on the ways available for building a steady, growing stream of targeted (relevant) visitors to their website. The difference is that these days, in 2008, there are many more ways available than there were in 2004.

Social Networking, for example.

Web 2.0 is a phrase that has been used, rather broadly, to categorise the new breed of websites which enable members to interact with one another, share resources, insights, information, education, pictures, video, and countless other things which the Internet is capable of handling. In 2004 these sites were all but non-existent (although Facebook was launched in 2004 for college students to interact with each other)… but these days, they account for a near majority of all Internet traffic.

Many of the methods John Reese introduced to us in 2004 are still around, and he has updated his methods for using them in 2008. Article marketing, for example, traffic exchanges and pay-per-click advertising.

But many, too, have changed. The Google algorythm is being worked on all the time, and is a very different beast now, so search engine optimization (SEO) runs to new set of rules, and there has been a near-verticle growth in blogging, which itself provides new opportunities for building traffic and sales.

They are all things which Internet Marketers need to know about if they’re to create shelf-space for their sales pages, but what really gives Traffic Secrets 2.0 the two point oh, is its explanation of how you can integrate the range of methods available in 2008 together into a winning strategy for your web business.

Altogether, in the Traffic Secrets 2.0 pack, there are 12 CD ROMs. Each one dealing with a different discipline in traffic accumulation. Typical for Reese, it is very thorough, and it provides an in-depth education on how to build a community of trusting visitors and buyers to your business.

As well as this education pack, there is also a 377 page training guide, a workbook for tracking your projects, and a series of step-by-step blueprints in areas such as Adwords, Social Networking and Market Spying…

All in all, it is an impressive package for the price. Many of today’s most successful online marketers reached fame and fortune on the back of Traffic Secrets 1.0. There can be no doubt that the same will be true of Traffic Secrets 2.0

Verdict: Thumbs Up

Here’s an interesting case for anyone looking to build a new service online…

Wayn, (Where Are You Now), is one of the UK hopefuls in the race for social networking dominance.

Founded by Peter Ward in 2005, it targets young single people with freedom to travel.

It is now gets 6.5 Million visitors each month, and has an Alexa rank of 835. It grew from nothing by using Google adwords to attract its initial signups, and by offering free international SMS texts.

In doing so, it was reaching out to its intended target audience by providing the very thing it knew they were looking for (even though they didn’t know what WAYN was yet).

Part of the difficulty it seems, with many web businesses, is that what they offer is a service no one thinks they need because they don’t know what it is.

Then, once they realise what the service is, and how useful it is, they begin to wonder what life can have been like without it.

So here’s a good answer to the question about how you attract people to your business when they don’t know what your service is, and when they can’t envisage what it will do for them:

Offer them something they need instead.

In WAYN’s case it was free international SMS texts.

Whether they needed WAYN or not, WAYN’s users definitely needed free international SMS texts. This, then, was the bait. Its what WAYN offered in its shop window knowing it would draw in people who would also like the service they were offering.

Now they’ve got to know what WAYN does, they realise they need it too.

WAYN.com recently changed its model from paid subscription to free (with VIP upgrade available), on the advice of Brent Hoberman, an investor in the business, and its current Chairman.

Like MVS and most Web 2.0 sites, WAYN’s growth is due in no small part to its use of automatic contact form signups. This is when you enter your username and password at the top email service providers and an email is sent to all your contacts inviting them to join too.

Sites vary on how they use this viral trigger and in Wayn’s case, the option not to use it is especially difficult to find.

A further point of interest, perhaps reflecting on the UK’s more relaxed Anti SPAM laws, is that no verification email is sent following signup.

Certainly a welcome message is sent, and an invitaion to download WAYN desktop – presumably a method of communication direct from WAYN without needing email -… but they never confirmed my email address to know that it is valid.

Perhaps we’re moving away from email contact – perhaps this is a sign of what is to come…

I’ve been opting out from my work on The Freedom Class
to look at Butterfly Reports.

I don’t know about you, but once I’m focused on something,
not even wild horses can pull me away… so to begin with,
Mike Filsaime’s latest initiative was a distraction.

But now that I’ve had a good look, Butterfly Reports
intrigues me because it is following a similar principal to
My Viral Spiral – MVS. So much so, that a lot of people
have been asking me lately, how I will deal with the
competition….

Ha! – competition?…

Actually… like many things in Internet Marketing -
competition is most often collaberation in disguise. And
this is a case in point.

Let me explain… and then, please have a look at the site
and tell me what you think by leaving me a comment to
this post.

MVS, as you may know, provides a way for you to build your
own huge list by providing squeeze pages with your
rebrandable ebooks so that the people you pass them on to,
can pass them on too… That way, everyone who gets the
ebook from them, is also on your list.

Phew! – don’t think I’ve ever managed to explain it in a
single sentence before…!

The record number of signups so far is 1,200 in 5 days.

However, the one thing MVS lacks, beyond the 6 ebooks it
comes pre-loaded with, is… ebooks !

Yes, it does require you to create your own, or get PLR or
do whatever you have to, to populate your MVS site with
promotional ebooks so that you’ve got a consistent flow of
content to provide your signups.

Until now, you have had to use traditional methods: Either
take someone elses PDF, make it rebrandable with your MVS
site and create a squeeze page – or create your own.

And easy as it sounds, even *that* can be a lot of work…

So this is where Butterfly Reports comes in.

Butterfly Reports gives us a continuous supply of
rebrandable reports and ebooks. And the wonderful thing is,
it does it for *f.r.e.e* …!

No more scouring article directories to copy and paste
articles for your scratched-together ebooks, no more head-
scratching as you stay up to the wee hours writing your own
- no more ghost-writing…

Get your ebooks from Butterfly Reports, and use them in
your MVS site… its a winning combination…!

So I strongly recommend you take a look at this site. At
least watch the video, and let it show you the potential of
what you can do with a collection of rebrandable ebooks in
your armoury.

And then, if you don’t have an MVS site of your own yet, we
are just about to release version 3.12 – an awesome
upgrade… Go ahead: have a look…

Oh, and one other thing: When you sign up to Butterfly
Reports, be sure to read everything they tell you. The site

“Affiliate Marketing” is a term banded around the Internet Marketing space like “Hedge Funding” is in the finance industry.

The only difference is, its been around a lot longer. (Since way before the Internet).

But what does it actually mean to you?

http://www.discover-affiliatestrategies.com

OK well, here’s a fact. I’m an Internet Marketer. I have my own products, yet 50% of my income is through affiliate marketing.

And I’m pretty typical. I know most of my Internet Marketing friends’ income is split the same way.

But there are plenty of other 6-figure income earners and even some 7-figure earners who have never created a product of their own and make ALL their money from affiliate marketing alone.

But it doesn’t work the other way round: If you’re selling your own product, you would be leaving money on the table if you didn’t utilize the list you built in that niche to grow an affiliate income.

Its is about selling other people’s products and making a cut of the sale.

http://www.discover-affiliatestrategies.com

Affiliate Marketing is prolific especially on the Internet because the cut you make can be spectacular. Especially when its digital products you’re dealing with…

If you want to know what I mean by spectacular, check out some of the percentages offered at clickbank.com…

I remember, not long ago, I used to get it all wrong. I made so many mistakes with affiliate marketing and it took me weeks to make my first sale, and months to show a profit.

But I was never taught.

See, its not just as simple as getting a unique affiliate link and driving traffic to it until someone buys.

Well, you can do that, but your performance will benefit hugely from learning the tips and tricks of those who have gone before.

Today I want to introduce you to one of the best resources I know for getting ahead with Affiliate Marketing.

http://www.discover-affiliatestrategies.com

Here, Bob “the teacher” Jenkins, exposes (with Matthew Glanfield, a current leader in the field of Affiliate Marketing), precisely what must be done to make gold from this vital area of Internet Marketing.

Believe me, with just some of the tactics and secrets you will discover here, you can begin building exciting monthly incomes of your own through affiliate marketing.

And you will cut so many slow corners on the way.

+++ But look out for the special offer! +++

Here’s the thing… I know Bob well. He recently retired from teaching to become a full-time internet marketer (such has been his success). But the guiding principals of teaching are still in him, and I can tell you, there’s no one I would rather learn this from…

So if you see an offer to learn from him directly on your way into the site, don’t disgard it flippantly. Its not available to everyone, and will only be around for a short while.

Think about where you are now, and where you want to get to in 2 months time. Chances are, Bob will get you there.

http://www.discover-affiliatestrategies.com

With best wishes for your affiliate marketing success.
