Welcome to Launch Day!

Ready, Set, GO!

IMPORTANT

Whoah! Just hold on a moment and note the following before you begin your promotions of The Freedom List…
Everything has been done to ensure a smooth ride for The Freedom List’s JV partners. There has been rigorous testing of the site and, in particular, of the payment system. I notified Paypal of today’s launch last week and I will call them again today to be sure they’re ready.

They have told me that they can’t guarantee the system won’t shut me down if the quantity of transactions exceeds the critical limit or gets too frequent in a short space of time.

They also said that Split Payments are something that will increase the chances of being shut down since they effectively double the amount of transactions. They told me that ringing them was a good thing and tried to reassure me by saying that it took exceedlingly high levels of transactions suddenly to shut an account down.

I have been listening to the experience of others recently. James Grandstaff was famously shut down by Paypal and was lucky to have Clickbank up his sleeve to turn to. (Thankfully I don’t have the word ‘downline’ in my site name). I looked at Clickbank, but with 4 different membership prices and 5 different commission levels, The Freedom List isn’t really compatible. Clickbank can only handle one commission per product.

Aurelius Tjin had more luck with the Underground Giveaway. He had sensibly set himself up with 2 Paypal accounts so he could flick from one to the other if the first one failed - (which it did).

I only have one Paypal account and its linked to my last available bank account - so I can’t set up another. (I had my other Paypal account shut down last year and I’m still not sure why).

So… without Clickbank to back me up, here’s what I’ve decided to do:

For Launch Day, and tomorrow, I am going to keep your payments on masspay. This will reduce the strain on Paypal.

At the weekend, I will take a view. I will read your comments, see how many transactions there have been and then make a judgement.

Depending on traffic and payments, I will either:

Make mass payments to all JVs and then revert immediately to Split-Pay for all your subsequent sales (in time for your follow-up mails next week.)

Or

Make mass payments to all JVs and keep you all on Mass Pay ready for another payment next weekend. (Payments weekly is so much better than monthly after all…)

I hope this is satisfactory for everyone. Please post your comments if you have any, and let me know urgently if you disagree in any way with this policy. Thank you.

Now to your promotions.

I have tightened up the OTO’s and given them a spring clean so they’re bright and squeaky clean for launch day. You can have a look at them here: OTO1, OTO2.

If you’re running late with your mailings, don’t worry. I’ve got some suggested words in case you need to do a promotion in a hurry - its all on the VIP JV page, just login here to find it. Oh, and please don’t forget the follow up mails. As you know, 50% more sales are made with follow ups. (I’ve got some follow-up suggestions on VIP JV aswell…)

I hope you enjoy promoting The Freedom List - thanks for your help - now Go To it!
